The Holiness Christian Church also took up other lines of Gospel work and in the autumn of 1905, Rev. C. C. Brown and wife [Myrtle] launched the Holiness Bible school and Faith Missionary Training Home at Carlinville, Illinois. Property has since been purchased and the school is now permanently located at that place.
International Holiness ChurchIn the Spring of 1907, the Bethel Holiness Orphanage was launched at Carlinville, Ill., in the home of Rev. C.C. & Mrs. Myrtle Brown.
International Holiness ChurchAt the Holiness Christian Church annual conference held at Tipton, Indiana in 1906, The Crown of Glory was discontinued, and another paper launched under the heading of "A Voice From Canaan." " Rev. E.J.N. Bradshaw was elected editor and Rev. C. C. Brown, publisher. It is published at Carlinville, Illinois, [at the Carlinville Bible School] where they have a new three-story cement block building, a good printing plant, new cylinder press, etc.
