The 1899 General Conference journal references 600 members. The 1902 journal is the earliest in our files, and specifies was the seventh annual session. The journal listed 31 churches and two missions, distributed among several circuits in Georgia and Florida.
In 1959, the North Georgia and South Georgia conferences merged, and the 1960 journal specifies it was the first annual session of the Georgia Conference, with 31 churches reporting.
